Itis hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the result of the left out ca
(Class 12th ) Candidates of SSE (Class 10″) and HSE-Il ) Annual (Pvt.)/ Bi-Annual 2021 of Summer Zone Jammu Division (i.e. fresh, fail in all subjects & Reappear in four subjects) and candidates of Kashmir Division, Winter Zone Jammu Division and UT of Ladakh Annual (Pvt)/ Bi-Annual, 2020-21(i.e. fresh, fail
in all subjects & Reappear in four subjects), who have already submitted their Permission cum Admission Forms and are appearing in said examinations
that their result shall be declared as per the
following mechanism:-

a) In case of class 10″ students have to necessarily pass any two subjects and results shall be declared on the basis of extrapolation of best two subjects they appeared and passed.
b) In case of class 12″, students have to necessarily pass any three subjects and results shall be declared on the basis of extrapolation of best three subjects they appeared and passed. Furthermore, extrapolation shall be worked out on the similar analogy in all other cases, as has been adopted previously by awarding
proportionate marks
