ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2021SELECTION LIST NO. 1FOR INTEGRATED MASTERS (IPG)/ UNDERGRDUATE PROGRAMMES (HONORS) /PROFESSIONAL AND GENERAL COURSES SEMESTER 1ST AND 2ND BATCH 2021
All those candidates who have applied for admission to various programmes for the
Academic Session 2021 in response to this College Admission Notification No. 01 of
2021 issued under No.ICS/23/28/A-7/A-35 Dated: 24th March 2021, followed by
corrigendum vide number: ICS/64-64/A-7/A-35 Dated: 5th April 2021 and have
exhibited their choice of preferences are informed that selection lists in order of
merit as per intake capacity of each programme are hereby displayed on the College
website www.islamiacollege.edu.in.
Selected candidates of each programme are asked to complete their admission
formalities by or before 24th April 2021 up to 1600 Hrs. Subsequent Merit based
Selection Lists shall be issued on the college website after 24th April 2021.
The procedure for completion of the admission by selected candidates will be as
follows:
IMPORTANT DATES: Admission Window Selection List No:1
1. The window of the admission to selected candidates (Selection List No 1 ) shall
be operational from 19-04-2021 (1600 hrs onwards) to 24-04-2021 up to 1600
hrs only. As such candidates figuring in Selection list NO.1 are advised to
complete the admission related formalities within the stipulated admission
window only.
2. Visit College website http://www.islamiacollege.edu.in and navigate to submit
the admission form link.
3. Enter Board Roll Number of 12th class against which the candidate is selected
for the particular programme. Fill in the requisite details on the form such as
Recent Passport Size Photograph, email address and Telephone Number, etc.
take a printout (hardcopy) of the form and proceed to the payment gateway for
making online fee payment. Payment can only be made through online mode
of payment, such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Net-banking, UPI etc.
4. Candidates are to take the printout (Hard Copy) of the fee receipt.
5. Candidate has to visit the College Admission Section to deposit the Hard Copy
(print out) of Admission form and the Fee Paid receipt. The candidate has also
to submit the following documents in original with the admission section of
the college.
Original 12th class marks card along-with two self-attested photocopies.
Original 10th class marks card along-with two self-attested photocopies.
Original provisional and character certificate issued by the institution last
attended.
Original category certificate issued by the competent authority (if any),
along-with two self-attested photocopies.
6. Those of the candidates who fail or miss to complete the admission formalities
within the stipulated Admission Window (19-04-2021 to 24-04-2021) shall
cease their chance of admission in programme selected for and no request or
application whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard. The vacancy
resulted shall be offered to next candidate as per merit through subsequent
Selection list(s).
7. The admission to the programme is purely on provisional basis and is subject
to the verification of the documents/certificates submitted by the candidates.
8. Any document/certificate found false/tempered/forged etc. the selection of
the candidate shall be cancelled and legal action under rules shall follow.
9. If any candidate faces any difficulty with regard to submission of admission
form, the candidate can visit the College and can seek assistance in
submission of admission form, however the candidate has to use own means
of online payment facility such as credit/debit card etc.
10. Mere downloading the admission form and keeping the same without fulfilling
the required formalities of its scrutiny by the College and not following
subsequent steps will not entitle the candidate for admission in the selected
programme.
