In pursuance of Notification No. 081-BOPEE of 2021 dated 01-09-2021, read
with other Notifications / Notices, the Board conducted first round of physical counseling from 20-09-2021 to 23-09-2021 simultaneously at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar for admission to B.E/ B. Tech (Engineering) courses-2021 in Govt. / Private Engineering Colleges of UT of Jammu and Kashmir. The list of candidates provisionally selected for allotment of seat(s) / Stream / Institution as per their merit cum preferences is given at Annexure “A” to this Notification which shall remain available on BOPEE official website www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The candidates provisionally selected shall report for admission to the allotted
Colleges / Institutions by or before 5th of October 2021 (up to 03.00 P.M) along with their relevant certificates in original.
The concerned Heads of the Institutions shall complete the admission process after checking the eligibility of candidates and verifying the following documents:
- Domicile Certificate.
- Marks Certificate of 12th Class.
- Date of Birth Certificate (10 Marks Sheet/Diploma).
- Category Certificate, If applicable.
- 1D card to verify the identity of the candidate,
- Any other document, as required by concerned college/institution for admission purposes.
