J&K BoPEE | Provisional Selection List of eligible candidates for admission to GNM course-2021 is available

Reference: Notification No.078-BOPEE of 2021 dated 20-08-2021. NOTIFICATION No: 083-BOPEE of 2021
DATED: 05-09-2021.
Pursuant to Notification No. 052-BOPEE of 2021 dated 10-04-2021, read with
Notification No. 078-BOPEE of 2021 dated 20-08-2021, the physical round of counselling of eligible candidates who had applied for GNM Courses 2021 was held at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar simultaneously w.e.f 25-08-2021 to 04-09-2021.
The candidates who participated in the said counselling and have been allotted seats as per their merit-cum preferences are hereby provisionally selected for admission to GNM Course-2021, in various Govt. /Private Colleges/ Institutions of Union Territory of J&K/Ladakh as per the Annexure “A” to this notification, which is available on website of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Colleges/ Institutions w.e.f. 06-09-2021 to 16-09-2021 (upto 03.00 PM) along with following documents:-
- Mark Cards of 12″ class.
- Date of Birth Certificate of 10™ Class.
- Domicile Certificate
- Category Certificate, if any
- Medical fitness certificate, if any. Any other Certificate/ document as required by the College Authorities.

It shall be sole responsibility of the Heads of Colleges / Institutions concerned to
ensure proper check and verification of documents/ eligibility as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) guidelines, before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules.
In order to complete admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (16-09- 2021) the Colleges/ Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holiday/ off days and designate Nodal Officers to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.
However, the candidates should in their own interest avoid waiting for the last day to complete admission formalities as the delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.
