Subject : Provisional Merit List of Candidates and Physical Counselling of candidates for PARVAAZ (NEET/JEE) coaching.
Whereas, online applications were invited from interested and eligible dropper candidates for free coaching for NEET-UG and JEE exams conducted by National Testing Agency under PARVAAZ Scheme of Mission Youth vide notification dated:17-09-2022;
Whereas, the last date for online application submission was extended till 06-10-2022; Whereas, based on the 10″‘ and 12″‘ percentages submitted by the candidates in their online application, the merit score has been worked out as per the formula listed out in the notification. Accordingly, the provisional merit list (Annexuns-A) of all the candidates has been prepared; Whereas, the provisionally qualified candidates (merit score more than 60) are to be called for physical counselling in order to undertake document verification and allot available institute on merit cum preference basis.

Therefore, through the medium of this notice, all the candidates declared provisionally qualified in the list annexed are informed as under:
1. During the physical counselling, the document verification of the candidates along with allotment of institutes shall be done.
2. Candidates may attend the physical counselling at Jammu or Srinagar as per their convenience.

e. Income Certificate (depicting Annual Family Income, not older than 6 months, issued by Competent Authority/Tehsildar)

In case of non-availability of income certificate, the candidate may submit an undertaking (A -C) at the time of physical counselling but he/she shall have to submit the income certificate at the time of admission in the institute. Failure to do so on the day of admission shall lead to cancellation of admission and handing over of slot to candidate in the waiting list without exception.
5. The candidate shall have to submit the preference of institute in the physical counselling form. The list of available institutes along with location of coaching have been provided in the Counselling form. Actual allotment shall be based on the number of slots available at that institute.
6. Important Note tor candidates :
a) Candidate are advised to make an Informed/considered decision regarding the preference/choice of institute as institute once allotted will not be changed.
b) As institutes are located at Jammu/Srinagar and accommodation is not part of the program, the candidates shall be required to give an undertaking that they are willing/not willing to move from Jammu to Srinagar and vice versa in case of allotment of Institute
In the other division. ONLY IF A CANDIDATE HAS EXPRESSED WILLINGNESS TO MOVE, HE/SHE SHALL BE ALLOTED INSTITUTE LOCATED IN THE OTHER DIVISION.
c) Before allotment of institute, document verification of the candidate shall be undertaken. Only those candidates whose documents and data submitted in the online application ate found in order shall be allocated institute.
d) Allotment of Institute shall be done on merit cum preference basis during the counselling. However, if any candidate misses the counselling on the assigned date/session/time-slot and attends the same during a later date/session/time-slot, he/she shall be considered in the counselling session that he/she attends not in the original merit-based counselling slot. Mission Youth shall, in no way, be responsible for any candidate missing a counselling slot.
e) Leh-over slots, if any, at the end of the day shall be carried forward to the subsequent counselling session.
