Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Company Secretary in the J&K State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (SIDCO).

 

 

Post Details:

Name of post: Company Secretary

 

Eligibility: The candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary holding the membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

 

Age: The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be beyond 37 years of age as on 01.01.2021.

 

Scale of pay: The selected candidate will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 44,900-1,42,400 (Level -7) and entitled for other allowances as per rule of the Corporation.

 

Selection criteria: Selection shall be made by the Committee to be constituted by the Government for the purpose on the basis of following criteria:

Company Secretary with minimum 02 years working experiences: 70 marks

Interview: 30 marks
