Engagement of Lecturers & Teachers on Contract Basis in Waqf Educational Institutes
As approved by the competent authority, applications are invited for the engagement of Lecturers & Teachers on ‘ACADEMIC ARRANGEMENT BASIS’ (Session 2025) in the following Waqf Educational Institutes:

Selection Scheme/Weightage:
A. Selection shall be made on the basis of relative merit of the candidates for the post of Lecturers to be determined on a scale of 100 points as per the following scheme:

Terms and Conditions: –
i. Applications to be addressed to the concerned Principals of Waqf Educational Institutes for the aforementioned slots on Academic Arrangement shall be received in the respective institutes up to 27-02-2025, during office hours. Candidate shall have to bring along all the Qualification/Identity related documents so that they can fill up a prescribed format on the spot.
ii. The interview of the short-listed candidates shall be conducted in the new Central Waqf office Sonwar Srinagar located near Burn-Hall School. The date & time will be separately communicated to the short-listed candidates.
iii. The candidates appointed on Academic Arrangement for the post of Lecturer shall receive a
monthly remuneration @ Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees Twelve thousand only)
iv. The candidates appointed on Academic Arrangement for the post of Teacher shall receive a
monthly remuneration @ Rs. 9,000/-(Rupees Nine thousand only)
v. The arrangements, thus made, shall subsist for the current academic session only (viz.2025) and shall not confer any claim for continuation beyond, or preferential consideration in such future engagements in any manner.
