JKBOPEE; Counselling Schedule for FMPHW / MMPHW Courses 2022

JKBOPEE: The Board vide Notification No. 034-BOPEE of 2022 dated 09-04-2022, had invited online applications from eligible candidates for appearing in the Common Entrance test for admission to 10th based Paramedical Courses (FMPHW/MMPHW) wherein it was also notified that if the number of candidates are less, then the Board may recommended the selection of candidates to these courses on the basis of merit of qualifying marks secured by these candidates i.e. marks secured in 10th Exam along with their preferences.
while issuing the provisional merit list of candidates for these Courses for objections, if any, vide Notification No.047-BOPEE of 2022 dated 30-06-2022, it has been observed that only 6567 candidates have applied against 8570 Seats of FMPHW/MMPHW and in view of lesser number of application forms, the Board has decided that the selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of marks scored by these candidates in their qualifying examination, i.e. Matriculation.
Therefore, the provisional merit list (PML) of candidates prepared by the Board is annexed as Annexure-A to this notification which shall be now operated for the conduct of Physical round of Counselling for the said courses which shall be held from 18.07.2022 to 01.08.2022 at JKBOPEE office Jammu and Srinagar simultaneously.

The Board shall conduct the physical Counselling for filling up of available seats in all Govt./Private Institutions of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh as per the schedule given above simultaneously at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar through Video Conferencing.
Candidates shall have to report to the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar physically for registration/ attendance & fulfillment of other formalities between 08:30 A.M. 10:30 A.M. on the respective dates of counseling as per their Ranks alongwith all relevant documents.
All participating candidates are advised to bring the following documents in original during their day/date of counseling for verification:-
i. Domicile Certificate
ii. Marks Card of 10th class (whose result is declared).
iii. Copy of category certificate, wherever applicable.
iv. Certificate of Physically challenged category, wherever applicable
