Consequent upon receipt of shortfall in respect of Notification No. 077-BOPEE of 2021 dated 19-08-2021 from various Colleges / Institutions and the seats, which have remained unfilled after conclusion of first round of counselling held from 17-08-2021 and 18-08-2021, it is hereby notified that the Board has decided to conduct second round of counselling (Physical) for up gradation/ allotment of seats to the eligible candidates for admission to GNM (Lateral Entry) 2021 on 18-09:

Paramedical (FMPHW/MMPHW) courses-2021 after Mop-up round of physical Counselling.
Reference: Notification No.074-BOPEE of 2021 dated 09-08-2021. Notification No: 090-BOPEE of 2021 DATED: 16-09-2021.
Pursuant to Notification No. 074-BOPEE of 2021 dated 09-08-2021, the Board conducted Mop-up round of up-gradation/ allotment (physical) counselling of eligible candidates for 10th based Paramedical (FMPHW/MMPHW) courses-2021 on 15-09-2021 simultaneously at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu. The candidates who participated in the said counselling and have been allotted the seats as per their merit-cum preference are hereby provisionally selected for admission to 10th based Paramedical (FMPHW/MMPHW) courses-2021 in Govt. / Pvt. Institutions of at UT of J&K / Ladakh. The provisional selection list is annexed as Annexures “A”to this notification which is available on website of the Board (www.ikbapee.gov.in ) only. The candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Colleges/
Institutions w.e.f. 16-09-2021 to 27-09-2021 upto 03.00 PM along with following documents/ certificates: Marks Card of 10th class.
Date of birth Certificate of 10th Class.
Domicile Certificate Category Certificate, if any Medical fitness certificate,
Any other certificates/ documents required by the College Authorities.
The candidates are advised to report to the allotted Colleges/Institutions upto 27th September-2021 positively.
