Subject: Document Verification of candidates faling under consideration zone for the post of Accounts Assistant (Finance Department) – regarding.
NOTIFICATION
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), vide Notification No. JKSB- COEOEXAM(UT)/105/2023-03 (7372799), Dated: 09-02-2024, isued the result/score-sheet ofeht candidates who appeared ni the OMR. Based Written Examination held on 28-01-2024 for the post of Accounts Assistant (Finance Department), UT Cadre advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 under Item No. 106.
Accordingly, keeping ni view the need and objective ot lif al requisitioned vacancies, the candidates who are falling under the consideration zone for the aforementioned posts, given ni Annexure-A to this notification, are hereby called upon to appear physically before the designated Document Verification Committees of the Board for the verification/scrutiny of their documents/certificates as per the schedule and venue indicated against each.
The candidates are required ot produce folowing original documents/certificates
in original, along-with one set of self-attested copies, before the designated Document Verification Committee(s):
1. Copy of Online Application Form(5).
2. Two passport size recent colour photographs.
3. One original photo DI Proof e.i Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport ect.
4. D.O. Certificate (10″ Diploma/Marks card).
.5 Valid Category Certificate, fI belongs to reserved categories.
6. Domicile Certificate.
7. 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma.
8. Graduation Degree &Marks Card orfm recognized University with aminimum of %05 marks for open merit and 45% marks ofr reserved categories. Candidates having post graduate degree with 50% marks or holding PhD degree ro equivalent shall produce the relevant documents.
9. Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly Issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Board/Institute inrespect of candidates, who have obtained the qualification from outside het UT of 3&K.
10. Checklist sheet/ morf ot eb submited by candidates at the time of DV.. (as per Annexure B).
1. Other documents as
per prescribed qualification mentioned i n the Advertisement Notification.
12. For Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates:-
a. Discharge Certificate from the Armed Forces.
b. Candidates shall produce ESM certificate issued by the respective Zila Sainik Welfare Oficer (ZSWO).
The candidate(s) who fail ot appear before the respective Document Verification Committee(s) on the scheduled dates shall forfeit their right to selection.
