Applications are invited on behalf of the District Health Society Kupwara for the below mentioned post of Jr. Nurse under DNB Progarmme for SDH Kupwara under National Health Mission (NHM) to strengthen the health care delivery, improve access to quality health services and to make them functional 24 hours x 7 days service.

The interested candidates should possess the following The Hiring of the above Staff is subject to the following conditions

1.Must be the Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir & exclusively hailing from District Kupwara & should be in good health & have ability to put in sustained hard work 1. Contract will be offered by the District Health Society, Kupwara and not by the J&X Government. The remuneration as mentioned above is indusive of al

allowances, perks etc

2.The initial contract will be for a period upto 31″ March 2022, further renewable fora period of ane year at a time based on performance and continuation of th

2..0ne month notice will be required from the appointee for leaving the job and if failed to do so his/her one month emolufents/honorarium shall be deducted

3. Age limit for al positions will be up to fifty (45) years only.

4. Ail the Engagemments shall be made as per stading guidelines of RM presently in vogue.

5. The Application Forms of only those candidates shall be considered whose degree/diploma

in General Nursing

issued by the concerned Colleges/universities are recognized /oy the Depth of Health & Medical Edu, Govt. of J&K and J&K State Medical Council.

5. The finally selected candidates shall have to sign a contract with the District Health Society,

Kupwara and should be available to join immediately.

6.In case of unmarried Female candidates, Form should be accompanied with duly issued Unmarried Certificate by Gazetted Officer

7. At the time of interview, the candidates must produce the original documents of Photostat copies of which were appended with the application form withou

which the candidate will nat be allowed to appear in the interview. 8. No T.A/DA is admissibility /payable for appearing in the interview.

9.1f a contractual appointee, at any time willfully neglects or refuse to perform his/her duties, the services shall be terminable without any notice and he/sh

shall not be entitled to any salary for such period.

10. The appointee shall be required to work at the place against the post to which he/she has been appointed and shall not be eligible for transfer from the plac of posting
