ADMISSION NOTICE -2021 FOR ADMISSION TO UG DEGREE PROGRAMMES)
Online applications are invited from (i) Residents/ Domicile of UT of Jammu & Kashmir/ UT of Ladakh ii) Residents of Other States and Union Territories (iii) Foreign Nationals and (iv) Non Resident Indian (NRIs) – Non Resident Indian Sponsored (NRI sponsored) candidates for admission to Undergraduate degree programmes in the following disciplines for the Academic Session 2021

Mode of Selection
1. For residents/ domicile of J & K/ Ladakh UTs category candidates:
The selection/admission under Open Merit/ Reserved categories and Self Finance category seats, the candidates shall have to appear in the University Entrance Test-2021
For Other States and Union Territories/Foreign Nationals and NRI-NRIs category candidates: The selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained at qualifying examination i.e, 10+2 (Higher Secondary Part-II) or equivalent examination.
Details about University Entrance Test-2021, reservation of seats, fee details, counselling and selection/admission procedure etc. are indicated in the Information Brochure-2021 which shall be available on the University website www.skuastkashmir.ac.in from 03-07-2021. Additional information for candidates applying under the categories of Other States and Union- territories/ Foreign Nationals/ NRI-NRIs is given in Part II of the Information Brochure-2021.
The schedule of main events of UET-2021 is given hereunder for general information of all concerned:
- Commencement of online submission of
- 05-07-2021 (10.00 am)
- Application Forms Last date for online submission of Application 28-07-2021 (11.59 pm)
- Date of University Entrance Test: To be notified separately
- Test Centres: Srinagar/Jammu/Ladakh (to be notified separate)
University Entrance Free: (non-refundable) to be paid through online mode only (Credit/Debit INR 1500/-only Card/ Net Banking
Candidates are advised to read the instructions given in Information Brochure-2021 carefully before online submission of application form.
11 Candidates born before 31-12-1993 and after 01-01-2005 are not eligible to apply
Change of stream from one programme to other, upgradation from Self Finance to Open Merit /reserved category and refund of fee after cancellation of admission shall be
considered as per rules upto closing date of admission (last counselling)
