Weather Update For Next Few Days 

 

A weak Western Disturbance is going to affect Jammu and Kashmir from tomorrow afternoon onwards.

Under its influence, light rain/snow can occur at a few places between 23 and 24 afternoon. A short moderate spell in higher reaches can’t be ruled out.

 

Another Western Disturbance, active one, will affect J&K from 26th evening.

Under its influence, plains in Kashmir may receive season’s first widespread snowfall.

Expected intensity: Light to moderate (heavy at one or two places)

There was a significant improvement in night temperatures across Jammu and Kashmir today.

Srinagar recorded a low temperature of minus 2.8 degrees Celsius.
